The arena is small, 75 X
150 feet, but suitable for setting up many of the
courses of fire. It has good footing and most
importantly, it is out of the wind. We can
store our equipment there. There is a restroom
in the arena. |
Directions
From Fayetteville - north
on 540 and exit at hwy 412 - go east on 412 - stay
on 412 until you cross the Beaver Lake Bridge - go
through Nob Hill and coming up on the south side of
412 there will be a new gas station/convenience
store on the right and a sign for the Pilgrim's Rest
RV Park on the left side - immediately after
the big gas station you will turn right (south) on
CR 97. Go 1.2 miles and go up a slight rise - on the
right side you will see charcoal colored pipe fence.
You will see the facility and the driveway up on the
right (just beyond the driveway there is a
caretakers house which is 20213 Vanzant so turn
before the house). Swing wide coming in the gate to
give yourself plenty of room to get through. Lots of
parking room available.
From Huntsville and
points east - go west on hwy 412 - go through Spring
Valley - continue on 412 - about 1 mile prior to the
turn hwy 303 goes off to the left. (Just past 303
you will crest a hill & see Spring Valley Motorcycle
shop on the right). About 1 mile after 303 look to
the left side of the road and you will see the big
gas station. Take a left on CR 97 immediately
before the gas station and continue following
the above directions. |
